Technical Task
Visualization is performed according to the technical task, which may be as follows:
— Interior collage, conceptual moodboards
— Drawings and room plans in PDF/DWG format
— Text file with a selection of models (3dsky.com)
Technical task should include a lighting scheme/plan and all non-standard sections, profiles, scans, if the project includes custom designs and products.
Also, if some models are not in the database, I can model them myself. If the model is difficult to model, an alternative is selected or an additional payment is made for additional work.
Process of work
— After agreeing on the technical task, I am developing the first draft renderers (Draft renders in 1000px resolution on the long side and with a noise level of 5%). The development takes from 1-4 days, depending on the complexity of the room.
— At the stage of receiving the first draft renders, the designer can enter up to 2 rounds of edits, after which I prepare new drafts. All subsequent waves of edits are paid additionally at the rate of 30 euro/circle of edits.
— Later, when the drafts are approved, I prepare the final versions of the images (2000px on the long side and 3% noise level).
By default, the aspect ratio of images is:
— 4:5 — for vertical frames;
— 16:9 — for horizontal.
The ratio and resolution of the parties can be changed by notifying them in the technical task.
The result of the work is 6-8 camera angles per room + 1-2 close shots.
Price
The cost of visualization — 10 USD /m²;
Premises with a square footage of less than 10 м²- 100 USD.
5% of the project cost is allocated for the purchase of PRO models.
If the limit is reached, each model is paid — 7 USD/model.
By default, the scene is not passed to the customer. If you need a scene then:
— Geometry of the room without light/ materials — 30% of the cost of the room;
— Fully finished scene ready for rendering — 50% of the room price.
Payment procedure
Payment is made according to the following scheme:
1. After sending the technical task and agreeing on the cost, you pay an advance of 50%. I’m starting to work on a project.
2. After receiving the first draft renders and agreeing on edits, you pay the remaining 50%. I am sending you the final renders.
The final renders are transmitted to you through my website. By default, renders are transmitted in the format.jpeg. If you prefer a different format, you can notify me before sending it.
